Now Hiring - Real Estate Partner in Redlands, CA

We are looking for a Real Estate Partner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate market and the ability to mutitask.

1.Sales Database Management

· Take lead intakes

· Set up phone appt & listing appointments with Joseph Shaw

· Input new leads into Follow Up Boss (FUB)

· Audit FUB tasks and to do's

· Update and maintain all lead database portals (Fastexpert, Homelight, etc)

2. Administrative

· Answer office phone calls, texts, and sales emails

· Run Weekly, Monthly & Annual Lead & Sales Report

· Schedule showings for listings, follow up with feedback requests

· Run daily team meetings

3. Marketing

· Assist with Marketing needed for Sales

· Assist with Marketing and Training Events

· Print data – comps, property disclosure, etc.

· Geographic Farm monthly

· Attempt to secure a referral from each client

4. Client Engagement

· Attend buyer and listing consultations with Lead

· Attend weekly update calls with active clients

· Open listings on Joe's behalf, engaging and converting new prospects

· Show homes to buyers and prospective buyers

· Attend appointments at listings prior to market (e.g. meeting photographers and contractors)

· Attend appointments during active escrows (e.g. meeting home inspectors and appraisers)

· Assist with drafting contracts

4. Other

· Assist new agents with onboarding- contracts

· Create sales scripts/process

· Lender Partner follow ups- check ins

· Cultivating and creating new vendor and whale relationships

· Create referral process, audit and check in on open RFA’s

· Assist with counter offers, contract creation and Skyslope

· Responsible for checking sales email for new lead notifications and offer emails

· Assist Joe with offer process and take the lead on the offer process when directed

· Assist sales team with transactions, questions, drafts of documents

· Coordinate and arrange open house coverage and marketing

· Create and send market update emails to leads

· Follow up on leads post listing appt.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $64,480.00 - $66,000.00 per year
